About certificate issuance

(1) I want documents proving that address changed.

 We issue house indication certificate by house indication in where address was changed. Fee is free. Contents that "○△ town ○○ address" turned into "○□ town □ turn △ issue" on ○ age ○ moon ○ day are listed in house indication certificate.

 We issue certificate in local General Administration Division of ward office of each ward. Even if it is certificate of either ward, in local General Administration Division, we can issue.

 Certificate issues person who did resident registration in the place when we carried out house indication as addressee. Please be careful now when resident registration is not done even if we live there when we carried out house indication as you cannot issue.

(2) I want documents proving that administrative section was established.

 In Shizuoka-shi, we issue Aoi-ku, Suruga-ku, administrative section setting certificate about Shimizu-ku each as documents proving that ward was established. Fee is free.

 Issuance goes in Family Register and Resident Section of each ward office and local General Administration Division.

(1) Is certificate about which ward necessary?
(2) Need that the number of is how many

(3) I want documents proving that we made merger of cities, towns and villages.

 In Shizuoka-shi, we issue merger certificate as documents to prove about merger with former Shizuoka-shi and former Shimizu-shi, merger with Shizuoka-shi and former Kanbara-cho or merger with Shizuoka-shi and former Yuicho each. Fee is free.

 Issuance goes in Family Register and Resident Section of each ward office and local General Administration Division.
 (about merger certificate of Shizuoka-shi and former Kanbara-cho, Shizuoka-shi and former Yui-cho, we issue in Kambara branch.)
